Denne fortrolighedspolitik beskriver, hvordan TankPriser ("vi", "os" eller "Appen") indsamler, bruger, videregiver og beskytter oplysninger, når du bruger vores mobilapplikation "TankPriser" ("Appen"). TankPriser hjælper brugere i Danmark med at finde og sammenligne benzinpriser og lokalisere nærliggende tankstationer.
Formål: Appen viser nærliggende tankstationer, aktuelle priser og rutevejledning; giver mulighed for favoritter og prisalarmer.
Nøgledata: Enhedsplacering (kun med tilladelse) og data du eksplicit gemmer (favoritter, alarmer).
Tredjepartstjenester: Supabase, Google Maps og Geolocator.
1. Hvilke oplysninger vi indsamler
A. Placering (nødvendig for kernefunktioner)
Præcis enhedsplacering (GPS og netværk), mens Appen er i brug og du har givet tilladelse. Placering bruges i sessionen til kortfunktioner. Hvis du gemmer en lokation (fx favorit), gemmes den i din Supabase-post eller lokalt.
B. Data du selv leverer
Favoritter (station-id'er og navne) og prisalarmer (brændstoftype og målpris). Disse gemmes lokalt via shared_preferences eller i Supabase, hvis synkronisering er aktiveret.
C. Enheds- og brugsdata (automatisk indsamlet)
Nedbrudsrapporter og telemetri kun hvis du aktiverer fejloplysninger. Ingen adfærdsanalyse som standard.
D. Intet kamera / mikrofon / fotobibliotek
Appen anmoder ikke om adgang til disse ressourcer. Hvis funktionalitet ændres, opdaterer vi politikken og Info.plist.
2. Hvordan vi bruger dine data
Vi bruger oplysninger til at levere kort- og lokalitetsfunktioner, gemme/få adgang til favoritter og prisalarmer, og forbedre stabilitet via nedbrudsrapporter (hvis aktiveret). Vi sælger ikke dine personoplysninger.
3. Tredjepartstjenester og databehandlere
Supabase — valgfri backend-lagring til favoritter og alarmer. Hosting/region: EU. Se Supabase privacy.
Google Maps — viser kortfliser og markører; Google kan modtage IP og kortbrugsdata. Se Google privacy.
Geolocator (Flutter-plugin) — anmoder om systemtilladelse og returnerer koordinater lokalt.
4. Hvor og hvordan vi gemmer data
Lokal lagring: shared_preferences (favoritter, indstillinger). Server-side: Supabase hvis synkronisering aktiveret. Overførsler kan finde sted uden for dit land; kontakt os for hostingdetaljer.
5. Retligt grundlag for behandling (GDPR)
For EEA-brugere behandles data primært på baggrund af samtykke. Du kan trække samtykke tilbage ved at slå tilladelsen fra eller slette dine data/konto.
6. Dine rettigheder
Ret til indsigt, berigtigelse, sletning, begrænsning, dataportabilitet og tilbagekaldelse af samtykke. Kontakt: contact@uitdev.dk.
7. Sådan styrer du tilladelser på din enhed
iOS: Indstillinger → Privatliv → Lokalitetstjenester → vælg "TankPriser" og ændr tilladelse. Appen kan åbne systemindstillinger (via `app.openAppSettings()`).
8. Sikkerhed
Vi anvender rimelige tekniske og organisatoriske foranstaltninger, herunder kryptering under overførsel (HTTPS).
9. Opbevaring af data
Lokale indstillinger og favoritter opbevares indtil sletning. Server-synkroniserede data opbevares indtil sletning eller efter dine Supabase-indstillinger.
10. Børn
Appen er ikke rettet mod børn under 13 år. Kontakt os hvis du mener, vi har indsamlet oplysninger om et barn.
11. Ændringer til denne politik
Vi kan opdatere politikken; væsentlige ændringer offentliggøres i Appen eller ved opdateret ikrafttrædelsesdato.

13. Yderligere oplysninger specifikt for iOS
Info.plist indeholder NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription og vi anmoder kun om "Kun ved brug af appen". App Tracking Transparency (ATT) anvendes ikke, medmindre sporing tilføjes.

Privacy Policy — TankPriser (English)
Effective date: 1 December 2025
This privacy policy explains how TankPriser ("we", "us" or "the App") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile application "TankPriser" ("App"). TankPriser helps users in Denmark find and compare fuel prices and locate nearby gas stations.
Purpose: The App shows nearby gas stations, current prices, and route guidance; allows favorites and price alerts.
Key data: Your device location (only with permission) and the data you explicitly save (favorites, alerts).
Third parties: Supabase, Google Maps, and Geolocator.
1. What information we collect
A. Location (required for core features)
Precise device location (GPS and network-based coordinates) while the App is in use and you have granted permission. Location is used during the session for map features. If you save a location (e.g., a favorite), it is stored in your Supabase record or locally.
B. Data you provide
Favorites (station IDs and optional custom names) and price alerts (fuel type and target price). These are stored locally via shared_preferences or in Supabase if synchronization is enabled.
C. Device and usage data (automatically collected)
Crash reports and basic telemetry only if you enable error reporting. No behavioral analytics or tracking by default.
D. No camera / microphone / photo library
The App does not request access to camera, microphone, or photo library. If features are added that require these, we will update this policy and Info.plist.
2. How we use your data
We use collected information to provide map and location-based features, save and retrieve your favorites and price alerts, and improve app stability via crash reports (if enabled). We do not sell your personal data.
3. Third-party services and processors
Supabase — optional backend storage for favorites and alerts. Hosting/region: EU. See Supabase privacy.
Google Maps — displays map tiles and markers; Google may receive IP and map usage data. See Google privacy.
Geolocator (Flutter plugin) — requests system permission and returns coordinates locally.
4. Where and how we store data
Local storage: shared_preferences (favorites, settings). Server-side: Supabase if synchronization is enabled. Data may be transferred outside your country; contact us for hosting details.
5. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
For EEA users, processing is primarily based on consent. You may withdraw consent by disabling permission or deleting your data/account.
6. Your rights
Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and withdrawal of consent. Contact: contact@uitdev.dk.
7. How to manage permissions on your device
iOS: Settings → Privacy → Location Services → choose "TankPriser" and change permission. The App can open system settings (via app.openAppSettings()).
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS).
9. Data retention
Local settings and favorites are kept until you delete them. Server-synced data is stored until you delete it or per your Supabase settings.
10. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 years. Contact us if you believe we have collected data about a child.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes; material changes will be published in the App or via an updated effective date.

This policy does not cover third-party practices; read their privacy policies separately.
13. Additional information specific to iOS
Info.plist includes NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription; we request "When In Use" location only. App Tracking Transparency (ATT) is not used unless tracking/ads are added.
